Opportunity to manage an existing mid-market book within the commercial space.
Auckland city fringe location.
We are looking for a Senior Commercial Broker for a client of ours in the Auckland city fringe area.
If you are looking for an opportunity that is inclusive of managing an established book of mid-market clients whilst also business developing with the help of a support - this role is for you!
About our client: Our client is a well-known insurance broker with a comprehensive product range.
They have a national reach with a market leading Business and Personal insurance broking team.
About the role: This role would cover commercial clients including SME's - local tradies, small businesses, mid-market - mid-sized businesses in the likes of transport, logistics and manufacturing and also corporate clients.
As this role is a succession planning role, there is an existing established book of clients with the addition to business development to build your book all with the assistance of a broker support.

Skills & experience needed: Level 5 NZCFS qualification (or equivalent).
Minimum of 5+ years within a commercial broking role.
Clear written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work both independently and within a team environment.
Experience in business development and client retention.
