Senior Commercial Broker

We are on the lookout for an experienced Senior Commercial or Corporate Broker to manage a mixed book with a well-known team located in Auckland's CBD.
Our client is going through an enormous period of growth and is looking for their next Senior Broker to join their NZ-wide broking team. With a portfolio ready to service, and an excellent team behind you, you will be responsible for providing top service and advice to existing clientele, sinking your teeth into new business opportunities, and providing one-on-one mentoring to junior staff.
It's essential you have had previous commercial broking experience, as this role requires you to be providing expert-level advice to longstanding key clients.
What you'll bring to the role: Demonstrated ability to manage a portfolio of commercial clients
Comfort working within a high-performing team
Ability to coach and mentor staff
High level of technical proficiency in Commercial products
Current Level 5 Qualification
Eagerness to take on challenging risks
