This position demands extensive knowledge and experience in managing complex, high-value contracts within the construction industry in New Zealand.In this role, you will deliver capital supply and efficiency against market conditions, optimize deal structures, and achieve shared goals across diverse suppliers and categories. Your leadership will be instrumental in developing cutting-edge contracting models, enhancing procurement strategies, and fostering strong supplier partnerships. Reporting to our Capital Projects CoE Manager, you will manage our capital contracts templates, provide high-level commercial advice, act as a key advisor for any potential disputes and guide complex negotiations, while ensuring alignment with Fonterra's values and strategic goals.Key responsibilities include leading strategic contract management approaches, developing robust commercial processes, and managing the interface with strategic procurement.
