As we continue to grow and innovate, we are looking for a highly skilled Senior Commercial Analyst to join our dynamic finance team.
As the Senior Commercial Analyst, you will play a crucial role in shaping the future of ZIWI by providing commercial insights and financial support across the Asia Pacific and Europe/Middle East regions. You will partner closely with sales, marketing, and leadership teams to drive strategic initiatives and improve business performance. Your contributions will directly impact our growth, project success, and financial planning.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Commercial Support: Partner with Asia Pacific and Europe/Middle East leadership teams to provide commercial insight and analysis that supports key business decisions and drives results.
Project Management Office (PMO): Help scope, propose, and execute strategic initiatives, including supporting business development in new markets and channels. Assist in setting and embedding governance standards and methodologies for ZIWI's Project Management Office.
Performance Reporting: Develop and implement KPI reporting to drive business performance. Provide monthly financial and management reporting for the Asia Pacific and Europe/Middle East regions.
Financial Planning & Modelling: Support the annual budget and forecast cycle, including sales and operational planning (S&OP), ensuring alignment with business goals and financial targets.
Continuous Improvement: Foster a culture of continuous improvement across the business, with a focus on process enhancement and documentation.

Key Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will bring:

A tertiary degree in a relevant field with at least 5+ years of experience in a commercial or analytical role, ideally within an FMCG or manufacturing environment.
Demonstrated business partnering experience, especially with sales and marketing functions, and the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
A strong understanding of financial management, with advanced Excel skills and experience building KPI dashboards to track business performance.
Knowledge of M&A and corporate finance is a plus.
A proven ability to communicate complex ideas clearly, along with a growth-oriented mindset and a passion for continuous improvement.
Experience in a private equity owned business and familiarity with global business dynamics is advantageous.
