Leadership Role: Large Scale Landmark ProjectsLive life in the playground of the South. This is an opportunity to represent and work on behalf of the client, leading a team of Design Engineers through a large program of capital works, likely to span several years. A number of the projects will be large, challenging, and complex, which will appeal to those looking to bring and grow in experience, knowledge, and expertise.As a result, you will be working across both your internal team and external providers ensuring well developed briefs and fit for purpose / right first time design to then drive efficient capital investment. Given the reach you will have internally and externally, this role will pull on your proven experience as a Senior Engineer, your knowledge of Three Waters Infrastructure (including the Water Services Act 2021), and your experience and knowledge of what 'good' sustainable design looks like.Additionally, your proficiency as a Project Manager will be crucial in bringing all of the above together across key projects. Risk profiling and mitigation at this level become critical elements for success, so a key underpinning skill will rest with your ability to communicate clearly and succinctly.Your role will be a mix of office and fieldwork, taking that oversight perspective and applying strong Engineering Principles.
