This industry-leading land development consultancy is seeking a Senior Civil Engineer to join their team in beautiful Queenstown as a senior leader.
In this role, you will lead a team of five engineers through a variety of land development projects, ranging from large greenfield developments to complex stormwater systems. You will be responsible for project leadership as well as overseeing the team's day-to-day activities.
You will work closely with the Managing Director in Queenstown, assisting with the management and successful delivery of a strong pipeline of ongoing projects.

Skills and experience
Bachelor of Engineering or NZCE qualification and CPEng status or close to achieving
Proven experience in land development and subdivision design
Proficiency in 12D and BricsCAD software
Strong client relationship management skills and business development
Experience leading a team
Excellent problem-solving capabilities
Organised, proactive, and self-motivated
