This role is based in Christchurch and would suit someone who can work independently but in close cooperation with our team of engineers and surveyors. You will be an excellent communicator in both written and verbal forms and be a proactive team member.Responsibilities include design and management of a range of public and private sector projects, including liaison and relationship management with a diverse range of stakeholders including staff, clients, contractors, specialists, and council staff.Who are you?You will have a BE Civil (or equivalent).5+ years' experienceCPEng, or actively working towards chartershipLand development experienceDesign experience, proficient with 12D or Civil3DStormwater design experience is highly desirable.Practical 'on-site' experienceContract observation and management, including a sound working knowledge of NZS3910Experience with local Council standards and codes of practice.Solid independent communication skills, including technical report writing.What Woods offersWoods culture is very important to us, and we work hard to ensure there is a positive and fun office environment and team culture.
