The role is located in Queenstown.The Role:CPEng Civil Engineer - Technical Lead on Land Development & Civil Infrastructure projects, 20 through to 200 Lots.The Responsibilities:Lead / Manage technical design and reviewing across Land Development and Civil Infrastructure projects.Experience developing and managing 2D / 3D geometric, roading, pavement, earthworks, erosion/ sediment, three waters & surface hydrology designs.Conduct fee proposals, prepare and oversee schedules, tender documentation & NZ4431 construction monitoring and sign-off.Ensure all projects meet industry standards and regulations while mitigating project risks and adhering to timelines.Mentor juniors and peers in their roles.Collaborate and communicate effectively with all disciplines, colleagues and stakeholders and client liaison.The requirements:Civil CPEng accreditation and experience in a similar Civil Engineering role, with relevant Engineering Qualifications.Excellent communication / collaboration skills and sound ability to work autonomously across multiple projects.Hands on design skills and proficiency in 12D or Civil 3D software.Leadership / Mentorship experience in a similar role.Sound knowledge of relevant industry standards.In return you will receive:Health + Insurance benefits.Competitive remuneration package.Supportive team across multiple locations.Opportunity to work on diverse and interesting projects.Relocation assistance, if required for the successful candidate.How to apply:If this role sounds of interest, please get in contact with Paige Murdoch at Archway, through the details provided 021 2810140 or ******.
