Barulho is a busy, established, owner-operated, Spanish-inspired restaurant in lower Parnell. We are open Tuesday - Friday lunch and dinner, and Saturday dinner.About the roleWe are looking for an enthusiastic senior chef de partie to complete our team. We prep and cook everything from scratch, using Spanish and Latin American cooking techniques and cook over wood fire and charcoal. Central location with free after 5pm parking.Skills and experienceYou will be able to manage your section prep and ordering for your section according to bookings, be confident with service, and have experience in a similar role.
