As we expand our presence in New Zealand and the Oceanian region, we are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Channel Sales Manager to join our team.
Key Responsibilities: As a Senior Channel Sales Manager at Dahua Technology New Zealand, you will be responsible for driving business growth and establishing strategic partnerships within the security technology sector. Your role will include, but not be limited to:
Identifying and targeting new business opportunities in the market to expand Dahua's footprint.
Developing and nurturing relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders.
Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery and customer satisfaction.
Analyzing market trends and competitor activities to formulate effective sales strategies.
Leading negotiations and closing deals to achieve revenue targets.
Providing insights and feedback to the product development team to enhance our offerings based on customer needs.
Representing Dahua at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (Master's preferred).
Minimum of 5 years experience in business development, sales, or a related role within the technology or security industry.
Proven track record of successfully driving business growth and achieving sales targets.
Strong network and connections within the New Zealand security technology sector.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Strategic thinker with the ability to analyze market trends and identify opportunities.
Self-motivated and results-oriented mindset.
