Nau mai haere mai ki ta matou whanau |Welcome to our Fulton Hogan Family As a Senior Change Manager with us, you will aim to deliver impactful results and add value to our ERP/Digital transformation process while ensuring our team of 11,000 is kept informed, engaged and trained.
The design and build phase of the programme is mostly complete and your role is focused on the delivery phase.
Our programme is scheduled to be delivered in 3 main rollouts across different regions.
This is a fixed-term role until April 2026.In addition to the above you will: Deliver end to end change and engagement transition plans for phased rollout.Identify areas for improvement to correct future rollouts.Assess potential risks and recommend actions.Ensure stakeholder engagement and strong working relationships with relevant partners.At Fulton Hogan, we genuinely care about the wellbeing of our people and giving them the tools and opportunities they need to succeed and grow with us.
