Seeking a well-established Senior Change Manager We are looking for a Senior Change Manager with experience leading Business and Technology change through ERP transformation. This is an onsite role. 3-year Fixed Term Contract - Christchurch based ERP/Digital Transformation Lead role within a complex programme team What our client can offer: Our client is preparing for a significant period of technological uplift and business change. With executive sponsorship and allocated funding, this is an exciting time to join them as they look to the future to transform their overall operational capabilities. What you will do: As a Change Lead, you will be joining in the early planning stages of a large organisational transformation programme, tasked with leading the business through operational, process, and technology change, including an ERP upgrade over the next 3 years. Skills and experience we are looking for: At least 10 years in a dedicated Change Management capacity Proven experience leading change through ERP transformation Ability to reside and work in Christchurch for the duration of the programme Please note, FIFO/remote is not being considered for this position.
