These areas form communities within the Practice that support initiatives across ASB, helping us work in a modern way, and cultivating happy customer experiences through change and transformation.You will utilise your extensive experience of delivering change to support the roll out of transformational and complex regulatory change programmes and initiatives. As a Senior Change Manager you will be an advocate for organisational change management (OCM). You will also champion Agile, Human Centred Design and ASB mindsets to ensure great people experiences at ASB.Based in ASB's Delivery Practice within the Technology and Transformation division, you will help build change capability throughout the business and support the uplift of ASB's OCM framework and methodology.Nga mea kia whai angitu ahau? | What do I need to be successful?5+ years' dedicated OCM experience in developing change strategies and delivering complex or large-scale end-to-end change programmes, transformations and projects in Waterfall and Agile environmentsDemonstrated ability to embed change in day-to-day operational reality and realise the benefits from the transitionCertification as a Change Management Practitioner (Prosci, APMG and/or CMI)Sound knowledge and application of various OCM methodologiesExperience in building change capability, day-to-day management and coaching of other change professionals as neededInterpersonal savvy and advanced stakeholder engagement skills with stakeholders and wider team membersAn ability to cope with multiple volumes of work and deal with ambiguityA 'can do' attitude, and a growth mindsetExcellent interpersonal and communication skills (both written and verbal)Te mahi ki ASB | Working for ASBIn return, you will work for an organisation that places huge importance and focus on its people, where the sky is the limit for development and career opportunities.
