What you will do: As a Senior Business Analyst (Process/Improvement) reporting directly to the Programme Manager, you will be tasked with defining current and future states for the ERP module, linking those to business outcomes, and providing input into training and testing. We are seeking the experience to understand the difference between business outcomes and programme outputs, and the ability to hold the needs of the overall business as the central focus at all times.
