The Senior Business Manager plays a critical role in supporting the Group Sales Leader in inspiring, motivating and managing a team of high-performing Business Managers. You'll play a critical role in developing oOh!'s relationship with their Boutique & Independent agency partners, extracting revenue growth and developing our team. This SBM role sits across all Independent agencies and leads 4x Business Managers across Impact and Broadcast channels. The successful candidate will have a strategic and solutions-based mindset, providing guidance and advice throughout presentations, brief responses and negotiations. The successful candidate will work with the Group sales leader to own elements of reporting, planning and the team weekly rhythm. Key responsibilities: Take business strategy and turn it into meaningful goals for territory, leading Business Managers to execute all oOh! GTM activity to high standard Responsible for leading quarterly account planning, forecasting and execution process with the team Review Business Manager pipelines and activity levels weekly and provide strategic guidance to address gaps and challenges to drive strong revenue performance on all Networks Model leadership and sales excellence by prospecting, preparing, pitching, and participating in business opportunities Support in-market activity of Business Managers, providing regular coaching and feedback to improve performance and in market impact Collaborate with other Business Managers, internal stakeholders and teams to effectively position our products and solutions in market Participate in external events and social engagements to build relationships with clients and boost our branding efforts Up-sell and cross-sell on key accounts to develop new business avenues and manage the after sales process Skills and experience: Ideally you'll have minimum 5 years of experience in an Account Management function and prior media experience. Out of home background preferred but not essential! To set you up for success you'll also possess the following skills and attributes: Be an experienced leader, whether it be from directly managing a team or providing coaching and mentorship Have a proactive approach to developing new business as well as managing and expanding key accounts Be able to influence stakeholders through thought-leadership and a consultative approach Understand how to use data, metrics and external market insights to drive and influence decisions.
