We are looking for an exceptional Senior Business Development Manager to join the team.
This pivotal role will drive growth strategies for the Veterinary and Scientific divisions, focusing on innovative service development, strategic partnerships, and leveraging technology to enhance core offerings.
Key Responsibilities:Develop and implement the long-term vision and annual strategic plan for the Veterinary and Scientific divisions.Lead and support the business development team to help them excel in their positions.Build and maintain consultative relationships with a diverse range of internal stakeholders and external clients.Collaborate with laboratory and category managers to ensure exceptional service delivery and customer satisfaction.Explore new service opportunities, partnerships, and M&A activities to drive growth.Oversee financial performance, setting annual budgets and ensuring profitable operations.Champion a culture of service excellence, integrity, and teamwork across the organization.About You:To succeed in this role, you will need:
