You will manage the Workplace Experience, suppliers and services while acting as a tenant liaison. This role will also see you providing general organisational and administrative support to the Senior Leadership team.Duties & ResponsibilitiesFacilities & Supplier ManagementOversee day-to-day management of office facilities, ensuring they are well-maintained and fit for purpose.Manage supplier relationships, including contract negotiation, renewals, and performance tracking.Coordinate with external vendors and service providers to maintain smooth operational delivery.Implement processes for office supplies and equipment procurement.Handle office health & safety compliance, ensuring a safe working environment for staff.Event Coordination & ReportingOrganise internal and external events, from small team activities to larger company functionsManage financial and non-financial compliance reporting.Ensure effective contract management and record-keeping across multiple functionsExecutive SupportProvide business support for CEO and CFO including expense reconciliation, travel arrangements and ad hoc support.Coordinate board papers, assist with PowerPoint presentations, and provide general MS Office support.Provide high-level support during board meetings and key stakeholder engagements.Skills & ExperienceThis role suits a driven administrator ready to take the next step in their career.
