Senior Business Analyst - Network Development Account & Relationship Management (Banking & Financial Services) Full time We're looking for a Senior Business Analyst - Network Development to join our wider Finance team here in Aotearoa reporting to our Finance Manager - Investments and Reporting. Joining our wider Finance team you'll take accountability for delivering maximum strategic and financial value to customers and the business in our fast growing Online channel and our wider network of stores. This role will see you creating business cases that assess options and deliver recommendations that meet customer needs and preferences, while ensuring optimal capacity availability in our network, optimal profitability and best use of funds invested. About the Role | Mo te Turanga Accountable to lead financial modelling and creating business cases, reporting, support insights for designated cost centres and business partners to enable optimal return on investment and transformational opportunities Analysis of business drivers, profitability and returns in key categories and areas of investments Lead strategic and project analysis to drive improved returns on capital and reduction in inventory levels Responsible to synthesise and analyse data to refine recommendations, and quickly pivot approach against changing trends, situations, assumptions or strategy To succeed in this role you will need to be commercially and financially astute, highly analytical and demonstrate a customer focused approach. 5 Years experience in financial analysis and studying towards CA/CFA. With strong business partnering skills, you'll be able to encourage authentic conversations, challenge constructively and be able to strongly influence stakeholders in decision making. You'll be able to deliver high quality results under pressure and will bring a proactive approach, willing to contribute to our continued success!
