Senior Business Analyst

Our client is seeking a Senior Business Analyst to join their dynamic team on a 5 month fixed-term basis. You will be an integral part of the process creation and adoption following a large scale ERP implementation. Reporting to the Programme Manager, you will be working closely with other Business Analysts, Change Managers and Project Managers to achieve key programme outcomes.What you'll do:As a Senior Business Analyst, you will work closely with the Project Manager, Change Manager and various other stakeholders, identify training needs, assist with organisational change, perform gap analysis, gather requirements and map out key processes, producing clear documentation.Identify training needs and collaborate to produce required materials.Develop and execute effective technical and non-technical requirement management processes.Formulate hypothesis from large sets of data and develop action plan options.What you bring:The ideal candidate will bring expertise in business process management, and have extensive experience with CRM and ERP implementations across a range of organisations. Your ability to develop and facilitate workshops, analyse data and provide clear and concise documentation will be crucial for the role.
