What we are looking for from the Senior Business Analyst You will be: Working with customers to define the requirements of business solutions and specifying the optimum design for subsequent development and successful implementation. Strong experience in, and knowledge of, all aspects of funds and wealth management business functions, products, processes, and supporting systems. Interfacing with end users and all levels of management to translate business and, where required, regulatory response requirements into functional and design specifications. Analysing gaps between client requirements and the functionality of potential products, customer-developed technology, and/or vendor solutions. Where required, supporting clients with installation, testing, and maintenance of chosen solutions. Providing input into direction, processes, and strategies to improve project team performance, quality, and productivity. Assisting in the preparation of client proposals and presentations to existing and prospective clients. Providing QA of others' work and supporting the development of cost estimates for medium to large pieces of work. Preparing and maintaining relevant project artifacts and documentation. Leading the preparation, development, and adherence to relevant Mosaic methodologies and standards (e.g., development standards). Key requirements: Ability to engage and communicate effectively with multiple, senior stakeholders. Previous experience in the delivery of Regulatory/Compliance engagements (desirable). Strong proven BA experience. Confident working with technical resources to ensure a common vision and aligned stakeholders. High levels of ambidexterity and adaptability. Mosaic leverages a variety of tool sets, in particular, business architecture and Generative AI tools to enhance our work. Quantitative and qualitative analytical and problem-solving skills.
