We supply a wide range of disability and rehabilitation equipment, housing modifications, and services that support people to live a better life.The Role and YouWe're looking for someone with strong business experience who can understand and translate technical information in a way that is easy to understand and suitable for a wide variety of audiences.Based at our offices in Airport Oaks, Auckland, you will be someone who enjoys working with others and helping to build improved, smarter systems. All our critical business applications have been migrated to Microsoft Dynamics 365 where we use CRM, Field Service, CRM Portal, Finance and Operations, Power Automate, and other related tools. This role supports critical business applications and works with the IT Team on development projects, conducting business analysis supporting business growth.You will be adept at managing projects, understanding and mapping processes, platform implementations, and associated training. Ability to manage and prioritise multiple projects is key. Your big picture focus will see you navigating across all IT-based projects.You will be an active listener with an enquiring style to develop great collaborative relationships, working with teams, leaders, and managers across the entire business.What you will bringTertiary qualification in IT or related discipline;Solid experience in business analysis with Dynamics 365 exposure desirable;Fundamental understanding of business processes and financial systems desirable;Able to engage with a wide variety of people, especially in a training context;Critical thinking, visual and conceptual modelling skills;High level of English skills, both spoken and written.Our team culture provides an excellent working environment, and you will experience a real sense of job satisfaction.
