Experienced stakeholder engagement - work across the organisation to influence how Watercare products can enable new sources of value and ensure positive customer experience Apply technical expertise across products to support cross-functional squad members and delivery, and ensure value delivery and speed across teams. In this role you will bring: A tertiary level qualification in appropriate discipline, relevant technology industry qualifications as well as commercial experience working in agile methodology 7+ years of practical BA experience Experience in facilitation of design thinking and training (desirable) Demonstrated expertise in analysis and process modelling, adept at prioritisation and self-management Excellent adaptable communication skills, with the ability to articulate technical information to non-technical stakeholders and prototype and co-design innovative solutions Experience thriving in fast-paced, dynamic environments where each day presents unique challenges A curious mindset, consistently questioning "why" and prioritising enhancements that deliver value to customers Experience mentoring Junior BA team members Utilities industry experience desired but not essential.
