Business/Systems Analysts (Information & Communication Technology) ABOUT THE COMPANY: A large, very well-known entity in the healthcare sector. ABOUT THE ROLE: You will play a key part in a major digital transformation, focusing on integration aspects, with both hands-on and leadership responsibilities. You will lead improvements in current practices and ways of working, as well as coaching and mentoring other business analysts within the projects and programmes. You will also play an instrumental role in defining the stakeholders' needs from both a business and technical perspective. RESPONSIBILITIES: Reporting to the business analysis manager you will: Proactively participate in and lead the establishment and improvement of best practices, templates, policies, and tools Assist with the development of an integrated work plan for your assigned projects Support the manager in developing and training other team members Establish a list of relevant stakeholders and engage them in the overall business analysis process Lead and perform activities aimed at requirements discovery including workshops, experiments, and surveys Work with business users, solution and applications teams, vendors, and architects to ensure successful collaboration in a complex environment ABOUT YOU: At least 8 years' business analysis experience in large, complex environments Proficiency in MuleSoft's AnyPoint platform, with a deep understanding of integration concepts Experienced in leading and mentoring integration business analysts Strong experience on legacy migration projects Coding and reverse-engineering skills Strong stakeholder management skills WHAT'S NEXT?
