As a Senior member of the team you will also coach and support team members to develop their analysis skills.Key responsibilities:Lead analysis and accurate description of complex and significant work using multiple concepts (value, context, change, need, solution, and stakeholders) to enable balanced decision-making that considers both immediate and long-term needsFacilitate breakdown of prioritised change into logical and achievable parts, and accurately describe work at the level of detail and context needed for the various stakeholders - from strategic objective or concept, to initiative/feature, to information needed for deliveryFacilitate shared understanding of expected value and customer experience, factors constraining the delivery of expectations, and the impacts of potential changes on people, process, and technologyContribute to delivery success through provision of business analysis expertise while demonstrating a 'what else can I help with' attitude, and assisting with improving delivery team processesAdopt a leadership and coaching role within the BA Practice, and be recognised within the team and the wider project delivery community as a go-to person for business and analysis knowledgeAbout you:Undergraduate qualification in a business or commercial disciplineMinimum 6 years' experience in a Business Analyst role in a sizable commercial environmentProven success of delivering business analysis in both traditional and Agile delivery environmentsExceptional stakeholder management and communication (verbal and written) skillsProven experience in coaching team members to improve analysis skills developmentAble to operate effectively at leadership levelOur Senior BA's are highly regarded, respected and sought after at Genesis.
