As a Senior Business Banking Account Manager, you will work alongside our 3rd Party Distribution Team and be responsible for managing and processing deal flow from advisors across high-value Small Business customers. As crucial support for complex deals, you will provide Customer Needs Analysis and write credit across Business and Commercial lines whilst maintaining strong connections with our third parties.
To be successful in this role you will use your sound business lending, account management, and analytical skills coupled with exceptional relationship skills and the desire to consistently deliver over and above service to your clients. You'll constantly look for new ways to enhance the relationships and provide excellent service across the board.
This is a busy and rewarding position, managing and processing an on-going flow of complex deals.
We're looking for someone who is self-motivated, relationship-focused and driven, with the ability to communicate and negotiate successfully while building and maintaining key relationships across the advisor channels.
Business banking experience and strong lending skills are fundamental to success in this role, as is a proven ability to understand and analyse complex businesses, structure credit proposals, interpret financial statements and provide risk assessment.
This role is ideal for someone with existing expertise, looking to develop a deeper understanding of credit and risk management and grow their career within the Business Banking environment. You'll bring a solid understanding of the Business Banking SME market backed by your developed network in which you can draw on to generate new market opportunities, while being a respected and credible voice within the sector.
