Our client is a Wellington-based broking seeking an experienced Broker Support to work alongside a highly experienced Senior commercial Broker on some of the most challenging risks in Wellington.

The Role: As Senior Broker Support, you will work directly with a Senior Commercial Broker, to help manage his growing portfolio of mid-market clients.
You'll play a key role in ensuring everything runs smoothly—organizing complex renewals, liaising with clients and insurers, and keeping things on track.

Key Responsibilities: Supporting one of our busiest directors with a portfolio of challenging Wellington based clients.
Client and insurer contact, ensuring a smooth and efficient service.
Multitasking across various accounts in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

What We're Looking For: A minimum of 3 years' experience as a broker support.
Level 5 qualification.
Someone who can thrive in a flexible, fast-paced environment with lots of client interaction.
A great sense of humor and the ability to take things seriously when needed—but not too seriously!
