Senior Brand Manager – Panhead (Lion New Zealand)

Details of the offer

Panhead is a beer of few words. Stoic, confident, direct, honest. Doesn't suffer fools or mince words. Born in Upper Hutt in 2013 and with legendary beers like The Vandal, Supercharger APA and Port Road Pilsner, Panhead has grown to be an icon of New Zealand Craft Beer.
We are currently looking for a Senior Brand Manager to join us. This is a great opportunity for an experienced marketer to join the team and help lead "best in class" brand management and execution across our Panhead brand.
In this role you will be responsible for the brand strategy, communication, innovation pipeline and execution, events and activation plans as well as leading and coaching a Brand & Creative Coordinator as a direct report. You will partner closely with the brew and pack teams to develop the future of the brand's innovation and bring it to market in a distinctly Panhead way.
We are looking for someone with:
Proven brand marketing experience operating at a similar level. You will need to demonstrate your experience and passion in managing brands, brand strategy and planning, creative/business briefs, agency management, communications and innovation.
Strong commercial & business acumen. You will be commercially focused and understand how to drive business outcomes for your brands including delivering on commercial KPI's and budget management.
A great communicator & influencer, with the ability to effectively manage a variety of key stakeholders.
Proven experience leading and developing a high performing team and instilling a growth mindset culture.
A solutions-focussed, challenger mindset, with high levels of resilience & passion.
Preferably a lover of beer, knowledgeable about craft beer and its various styles.
Join us in building the next chapter of a proud Panhead legacy by embracing a challenger mindset – being curious, courageous, and acting with conviction. We don't just offer a job; we offer growth and development 'on tap' where you can unleash your potential and be part of something extraordinary.
We are committed to diversity, equity, and inclusion, and leveraging unique perspectives to innovate and grow.
If you need specific support or accessibility adjustments during the recruitment process, please reach out to us via ******. This includes supporting transgender and gender diverse applicants as we understand the unique challenges and concerns these individuals might have.
