Senior Beauty Therapist

Senior Beauty Therapist Brackenridge Country Retreat Spa,Martinborough, Wellington Brackenridge Country Retreat & Spa is looking for a dynamic & passionate Senior Spa Therapist to join our small team.
We are located on the outskirts of Martinborough, and in addition to our Day Spa we also have a very well renowned wedding venue, accommodation, a Gym & heated indoor pool.
This is a permanent position, minimum 35 hours over 5 days on a rostered basis, which will include Saturdays and Sundays.
Additional hours may be offered from time to time at the standard hourly rate.
Maximum hours during peak periods may be offered for up to 50 hours a week.
All working hours are paid at the standard hourly rate.
Spa Therapy Provide outstanding treatments including a wide range of beauty treatments & massage to our guests & clients.
Have a full understanding of the products we use & promote where possible.
Continue to train & understand new beauty therapies & products.
Adhere to Spa House rules - Code of Conduct at all time's Ensure equipment is hygienic, working & supplies are maintained at specific levels Treatment rooms are left tidy, prepared & provisioned at end of shift.
Candidates must; Be an experienced and trained Beauty or Spa Therapist, and have a passion for all treatments.
Have a minimum of 2 years experience in Spa Therapist work.
Love the Beauty & Spa Industry.
Be motivated by happy & repeat customers, & good results.
Work well in a small team.

Ideal candidates will have; More than 3+ years of experience in beauty/spa therapy, preferably with at least 2 years at senior level.
Preferably have qualifications in Beauty or Spa Therapist, with proof of qualifications achieved.
Experience in administration & record-keeping.
Experience in staff communication & development.
Experience and competence in database management.
Experience in a range of spa therapies and treatments, such as massage, body treatments, waxing, micro needling, manicure, pedicures, health & skin care, health & wellbeing courses.
Certificates from courses in massage, body treatments, waxing, micro needling, manicures & pedicures, health & skin care, & any other additional beauty, health & wellbeing courses.
We can offer you; A competitive hourly rate, $28 - $32 / hr depending on experience.
