Senior Bas Accountant

With your great communication skills, you will enjoy liaising and adding value to organisations and people's livelihoods.Moore Markhams Auckland has a friendly team and energetic working environment and is seeking a focused and technically strong Senior BAS Accountant.Responsibilities and Duties:Providing a broad range of business advisory services to clients including meeting compliance requirements, tax planning, cash flow management, budgeting, and investment portfolios.Building client relationships and aiming to exceed your clients' expectations.Assisting with the mentoring of junior staff.Minimum Requirements:Four+ years New Zealand CA experience, including strong reporting skills.BAS and tax advisory experience including management reporting.A genuine interest in business and sound financial reporting skills.The ability to work in a team and meet goals of both the team and the firm.Thorough knowledge of Income Tax, GST, FBT, and familiarity with the NZ IRD system.The ability to manage client relationships autonomously.Strong communication skills and the ability to articulate to both clients and the team.If you are interested in this position, please apply by sending your resume and covering letter.
