Business Services & Corporate Advisory (Accounting) Full time My client is a medium size CA/Advisory firm with 20+ staff and growing. They have worked hard to successfully create an awesome team culture and working environment. You will bring to the table your solid practical experience working in a chartered accountancy firm preparing annual accounts and tax returns for businesses of all sizes. You will aspire to be in a management position either immediately or in the not too distant future with room to move up the ladder in this progressive firm. Although for this senior role you will be predominantly based in the Takapuna office, flexibility is the key differentiator of the practice. They have transformed their business as follows: Xero based and paperless Flexible hours during the working day Great structured training programme The business closes for three weeks over Christmas to promote family time THE OPPORTUNITY... They are looking for a Senior BAS Accountant with the following key attributes: Client centric mindset and attitude Excellent Xero skills for preparation of Annual Financial Statements and Tax Returns Written and oral communication skills Ability to work to a budget and time deadlines Team player and ability to share knowledge and learnings with others in the team You will also bring to the table your solid practical experience across preparing annual accounts and tax returns for businesses of all sizes.
