ResponsibilitiesTackling our most difficult (and interesting) problems - prompt chaining, fine-tuning infrastructure, and multimodality, just to name a fewDesigning, architecting, and building robust critical infrastructureOwning our most important backend systemsDefining and scoping green-field projects that move the company forwardWorking closely with customers to understand what they need, figuring out how to make them successful, and owning the solutions end to endServing as a cultural pillar of the teamNavigating a fast-moving, highly competitive landscapeAbout YouPrevious experience and strong proficiency in Python.Prior experience with Google Cloud Platform, Postgres, and Django is a bonus.Fullstack candidates must have experience with React/Typescript.Bachelor's degree in computer science or relevant disciplinePrevious experience working at a startupShows "Extreme ownership" – has owned core systems4 - 10 years of experienceCompensation:$140,000 - $200,000 base + equity
