About the Role: With a core focus in assessing technology risk, you will be responsible for the development and execution of complex audits across the bank. Using your strong background in either technology or technology risk, you will lead several engagements across the bank annually and manage the audit plan with senior executives across the bank. You will: Conduct risk assessments and audits to identify, evaluate, and mitigate risks associated with IT systems and infrastructure. Provide comprehensive audit reports detailing recommendations to senior management on technology risk issues and control improvements. Support the bank in monitoring the implementation of audit recommendations and collaborate with stakeholders to ensure timely resolution. Lead and coach more junior members of the internal audit team on and through audit engagements About You: As well as being able to demonstrate extensive practical experience in technology risk audit (ideally within financial services) you will: Be able to demonstrate strong people leadership and developer of people. Have a number of years working with senior executives to communicate and develop the audit plan as well as in implementing and monitoring controls. Strong understanding of IT governance frameworks, risk assessment methodologies, and regulatory requirements Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to evaluate complex technical and business processes. Degree qualified in Accounting or Information Technology CA/ CPA/ CIA qualified You are also curious and inquisitive to stay informed about emerging technology trends and potential risks and advise others on proactive measures to mitigate those risks.
