You will be tasked with defending various professionals in both civil and disciplinary claims, providing you with an opportunity to utilise your expertise in professional indemnity and negligence cases. Your strong analytical and communication skills will be put to good use as you engage regularly with both internal and external stakeholders. Working within a team-based environment, you will contribute to complex, interesting, and cutting-edge matters.Key Responsibilities:Defend a range of professionals in civil and disciplinary claims.Handle professional indemnity / professional negligence cases.Gain exposure to other areas of practice.Engage regularly with internal and external stakeholders.Work collaboratively within a team-based environment.Contribute to complex, interesting, and cutting-edge matters.About the Role:Our client is seeking an experienced Senior Associate to join our dynamic team. Ideal candidates will have 7+ years of post-qualification experience (PQE) and a strong background in financial services, though this is not a strict requirement.
