This is a two-year fixed-term contract, requiring a minimum of 37.5 hours per week. In this role, you will collaborate with a team of Tax & Enterprise experts.As a Senior Associate, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality services to PwC clients, working under the guidance of our Directors and Partners. Your responsibilities will include:Role responsibilities:Client Service and Relationship Management:Prepare and review corporate tax returns, financial statements, and other compliance documents.Provide tax advisory and planning services to clients under the supervision of senior team members.Conduct detailed tax research and analysis to address client queries and issues.Assist in identifying tax-saving opportunities and risk management strategies.Technical Expertise:Stay informed about changes in tax legislation and global tax developments.Develop a deep understanding of corporate tax regulations and principles.Prepare technical tax memos and reports to support client engagements.Participate in internal and external training programs to enhance technical skills and knowledge.Team Collaboration and Leadership:Work collaboratively with team members to deliver high-quality tax services to clients.Mentor and provide guidance to junior associates and interns within the team.Contribute to the development and implementation of tax strategies and policies.Foster a positive and inclusive team environment.Operational Excellence:Ensure accurate and timely delivery of tax compliance and advisory services.Assist in managing project timelines and budgets to meet client expectations.Adhere to quality control and risk management procedures.Implement best practices and process improvements within the team.Minimum Requirements:4+ years proven tax experience in a large, global Chartered Accountancy firm.Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.A relevant Bachelor's or Master's qualification in accounting, tax, commerce, business, economics, or a closely related field.Data automation/analytics experience is preferable.Mo te aha tau e tatari ana? / What are you waiting for?Hit the Apply Now button!
