As a Senior Associate - Corporate Tax, you will work to advise a variety of clients on complex tax rules to help businesses close strategic deals in key markets. You'll also get the opportunity to work on a broad range of tax assignments and interact with other parts of the PwC business, at home, and at times, overseas.
Responsibilities: Delivery and execution of tax advice and tax compliance, liaising directly with clients under the guidance and support of experienced tax advisors.
Providing tax advice/consulting and expertise to businesses undergoing acquisitions and divestments.
Working with leading digital tools to drive new efficiencies for the firm and our clients.
Providing valuable insights and solutions to clients through effective research and application of tax legislation.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, both locally and internationally, to deliver comprehensive tax services.
Minimum Requirements: 3+ years of tax experience in a commercial, government, or CA environment, including the preparation of complex income tax returns and interpretation of tax legislation and financial information.
Hold a relevant Bachelor's or Master's qualification in accounting, tax, or a closely related subject.
Demonstrate an innovative and motivated approach to your work, with strong business acumen and personal ambition.
Possess an eagerness to embrace technology (including generative AI).
Demonstrate refined professional writing skills and exceptional interpersonal and communication abilities.
