The Opportunity

A fantastic opportunity has come available for a highly experienced Commercial & Property Lawyer to join this highly successful firm based in central Christchurch. The practice has a large legal support structure in place to assist with your workload and you will also provide some leadership and mentoring to some of the more junior lawyers.

The firm itself is a medium-sized firm with a tight and cohesive culture that prioritises the wellbeing of their employees and ensures there is balance. They are well known amongst the community, have a steady growing client base and have lots of new and interesting work to keep you busy and engaged.



About You

Our client is ultimately looking for a Senior Associate-level candidate that is able to bring a client base with them. They are looking for someone that has the right personality, someone that can problem solve and think a little differently. You'll sit within a high performing team that holds a lot of specialist knowledge, so you'll be surrounded by the best in the field.

You'll also exhibit excellent leadership capabilities, with the potential to mentor junior members of the team and help them develop their legal skills.

Your experience and client base could include residential and commercial conveyancing, subdivisions, leasing, company structuring and restructuring, estate planning and asset protection, as well as trusts and wills.
