Senior Architect / Designer

My client, a growing property development company, has developed residential infill terrace home projects over the last few years and has many medium-sized projects under development today.
They are seeking an attentive and talented in-house Senior Architect / Designer (or someone ready to take the step up in their career) to lead the company's design programme from early 2025.This developer is expanding into commercial projects with sites purchased for new products.
Therefore, this role is to create and oversee the design of residential townhomes, light retail, and low-rise apartment projects.
