Make a difference as a Senior Pricing Analyst
Mo te Turanga | About the Role
In your role as a senior pricing analyst, you'll aim to implement pricing and analytical strategies across IAG NZ's brands, supporting key stakeholders in achieving strategic objectives. Your key responsibilities include timely completion of pricing tasks and rate reviews, continuous monitoring of performance metrics, analytics interpretation for portfolio enhancement, and improving pricing methodologies.
Additionally, your role contributes to controlled and profitable growth, enterprise projects, stakeholder management, and supports the development of junior analysts. You'll collaborate within the pricing function to ensure consistency, while adherence to compliance policies and regulatory practices.
This is a hybrid permanent full-time opportunity, and you can be based in any of our Auckland or Wellington offices.
To be successful in this role, we're seeking candidates with the following skills and experiences:
• Proficiency with any statistical programming language i.e. R, SAS, SQL, Tableau
• Ideally working in a similar team (preferably in insurance industry, and within pricing and analytics function)
• Intermediate MS excel skills.
• A quantitative degree such as in statistical, mathematical, or scientific fields
