Senior Analyst– Money & Cash.
This is a fixed term opportunity to contribute to the undertaking of policy analysis and research and to address key economic issues and questions related to cash, money and payments.
Te turanga – The role
As the Senior Analyst you will:
Engage and collaborate with a range of internal and external stakeholders.
Contribute to the development of policy to ensure it is practical, robust and fit for purpose.
Build and maintain competency and capability to deliver outcomes aligned with the team's policy goals.
Provide advice to policy makers and present material to internal working groups, steering groups and advisory groups, as well as the payments and currencies committee.
This is a fixed term opportunity through to December 2025.

You'll need:
Relevant professional experience with a tertiary qualification in either economics/finance/law and/or public policy.
A collaborative approach with the ability to identify and influence key audiences.
Strong analytical and conceptual skills.
Excellent relationship management skills and the ability to build and maintain professional relationships particularly with external stakeholders.
The anticipated appointment range for this role is $108,043 to $117,046 (actual salary will be dependent on your skills and experience).
