We are seeking an experienced Senior Analyst located in Otautahi (Christchurch) or Poneke (Wellington) to join our Portfolio planning and Change team on a fixed term contract.
About the role | Mo te mahi
Creating fit for purpose frameworks and processes for teams implementing changes on their product roadmaps.
Collaborating with internal stakeholders to advise, support and create change management processes.
Supporting the development and implementation of an enterprise-wide change activity with the responsibility of progress reporting.
Working with stakeholders at all levels to ensure smooth transitions and successful adoption of new processes, technologies, and organisational change.
To be successful in this role you will require the following:
Change delivery experience including an understanding of project, programme, and product management.
Experience working across an organisation to understand change activity and the impact it has on people.
Ability to adapt change management principles, methodologies, and tools to support continuous improvement workstreams and roadmaps.
Enterprise change management experience by embedding change management in operational activities.
Strong influencing and relationship management skills, with the ability to create and encourage a motivated environment.
