The Senior Advisor Standards and Processes plays a pivotal role supporting the transition into our new operating model.This role will involve facilitating the review of all existing policies, processes and procedures to ensure they are effective and up to date.
Working closely with the Principal Advisor of Investigations to design and roll out training programs for investigations as necessary to achieve robust regulatory outcomes that meet national and international best practice.The salary band for the Senior Advisor Standards and Processes goes from $115,536 to $161,412 with the mid-range being $141,751.
Starting salary will be based on knowledge, skills and experience the successful candidate brings to the role, and relativities both within the immediate team and in the broader Authority for the same or similar roles.What You'll BringWe are seeking highly motivated individuals that demonstrate critical and lateral thinking abilities, adept at navigating complexity and ambiguity to drive initiatives forward.
