Ko ake mahi - What you'll do In this role you will be part of a small dynamic team working in partnership with the wider Ministry to build strong risk management capability and deliver exceptional risk, audit and assurance outcomes. Develop risk and assurance insights that help analyse and improve the control environment. Provide pragmatic advice on good project management and project quality assurance practices across the Ministry's project portfolio. Support the collation and review of papers and efficient running of the independent Risk and Assurance Committee. Provide consistent high-quality advice and support. Ko pukenga - What you'll bring A good understanding of project quality assurance and when it should be applied. Knowledge of industry and professional standards, frameworks and tools to support risk management and assurance. Broad experience of providing risk and assurance services in complex organisations. Experience in process design, analytical and conceptual skills to identify and drive creative and pragmatic solutions. Strong written and oral communication skills.
