We are looking for an experienced organisational design practitioner to join our newly established Organisational Design team and make a real difference in our large and varied organisation.
You will be responsible for providing advice and support to ensure the successful delivery of high-quality organisational change initiatives across the Ministry.
From time-to-time, you will also be required to lead some organisation design processes.
You will be responsible for: partnering with senior leaders to scope, design, plan and deliver high quality organisational change, aligned to the Ministry's organisational design framework delivering the full range of organisational design activities including assessment, role design, impact assessments, helping to define/refine ways of working as well as supporting consultation, stakeholder engagement and decision making.
leading some organisational design processes end to end as required collaborating with and influencing other People Experience and change enablement functions to ensure the Ministry provides a seamless end-to-end change journey for our people.
O pukenga / Skills and Experience To be successful in this role you will need: experience working at a Senior Advisory level supporting leaders through organisational design and change within a large and complex organisation strong planning and delivery focus with project management experience preferably within a public sector environment demonstrated ability in the gathering, analysis and presentation of information of organisational design models and other communication materials (including business cases and approvals) relationship building and influencing skills across a range of key stakeholders and the ability to engage with people at all levels of the business a working knowledge of the principles of the Treaty of Waitangi and the implications of these for the work of Te Tahu o te Ture Ministry of Justice.

Utu a-tau / Salary The appointing salary for this role will be between $97,208 and $125,683 based on skills and experience.
