Join us in building a better place!About the RoleThis is an exciting new role created to support our expanding team. As part of TwentyTwo's Advisory team, you'll work with a diverse range of clients across Aotearoa New Zealand (primarily in Auckland, Wellington and Tauranga) to provide property advice across office, industrial, retail, and special-purpose portfolios.You'll tackle a variety of property issues, including developing client requirements/briefs, facilitating market searches, conducting stay/go financial assessments, evaluating options and commercial terms, negotiating development agreements and new leases, managing due diligence workstreams, setting up project teams, and handling portfolio management tasks like lease renewals, rent reviews and make-good negotiations.Our clients include senior managers in large organisations (often with limited in-house property capability) or Property Managers needing project-based support. In this role, you'll drive meaningful outcomes for these clients, helping them make well-informed property decisions.Day-to-day, you will:Become immersed in our client's property portfolios and wider property sectorCollaborate with a talented team of professionals across various disciplinesProvide independent, strategic advice to a loyal client base spanning all New Zealand sectorsTackle complex property challenges and deliver impactful solutionsContribute to a culture of innovation, creativity and challenging the status quoAbout YouYou bring a combination of experience, a strategic mindset and a willingness to learn. You're passionate about creating value through property and place-based decisions and are motivated to make a difference for organisations, workforces and communities.As a Senior Adviser, you will bring:A self-starter attitude with strong interpersonal abilities, that will enable you to work independently and proactively engage with diverse stakeholdersStrong financial proficiency, with exceptional analysis and financial modelling skillsExcellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to produce high-quality reports and presentationsA tertiary qualification in Property or a related field, such as Business or LawA minimum of 5 years of relevant prior experience in the property industryA current REA Salesperson's License or a willingness to obtain one in due courseWhile experience in property, real estate, or a related advisory or delivery role is ideal, we welcome candidates with diverse backgrounds who have the right IQ, EQ, and a fresh perspective to bring to our team.Why Join Us?We offer a competitive base salary, with the potential for discretionary bonuses for exceptional performance.
