At the Reserve Bank - Te Putea Matua our people are driven to make a difference. Working alongside them, you can make a big impact. The Senior Adviser, People Operations & Projects will be focused on leading and/or supporting the development and delivery of a cohesive plan to lift operational excellence across the Talent and People Operations Directorate.
In this role, you'll get to work on several critical projects, including the embedding and operationalisation of our new remuneration framework and organisation-wide position description review.
Your key responsibilities will be:
Ensuring our People processes and procedures are user-centric, consistent, easily accessible, integrated, and well embedded for all users.
Supporting the Programme Adviser and/or project leads to maintain project documentation.
Supporting the embedding and operationalisation of the remuneration framework.
Leading the organisation-wide position description review.
Assisting the People Operations and HRIS teams to ensure HRMIS business processes are accurate and fit for purpose.

We're looking for someone who is a confident generalist HR expert with a knack for delivering quality people-related projects. You'll also be the kind of person who works well in a dynamic environment and has demonstrable experience working with senior stakeholders, understanding the importance of working in partnership.
If you have some or all of the following, then we want to hear from you:
A good level of experience and breadth of knowledge across the People/HR space.
Experience in delivering HR operational excellence, including the development of effective processes and procedures.
Sound planning and communication skills.
Understanding of project management, including project planning, execution, and monitoring.
