AsSenior P3M Adviser,you will sit within the EPMO and will support the EPMO Leads with the embedding of P3M best practice across the enterprise.
As the Senior P3M Adviser you will champion P3M methodologies and best practice for Ara Poutama Aotearoa and will draw on your experience and knowledge base to influence and advise our practitioners who are managing complex investments contributing to our overarching strategic direction.
The successful Senior P3M Adviser will have significant demonstrable experience in portfolio, programme and project management, and a solid background in analysis of investment cases and key project documentation. This should include knowledge of specific project frameworks.
A significant part of this role involves working with the community of project practitioners, and communication and engagement skills are key. This includes being comfortable presenting to groups on prepared topics and answering specific queries in different settings.
Previous experience in undertaking investment assurance, and a strong understanding and experience with P3M tools are preferred.
The mid-point of the salary range is $127,101 per annum and the full range (85%-120%) is $108,036- $152,522 per annum. Appointment and remuneration will reflect skills and experience relevant to the role.
