It's an important role in our team, handling the day-to-day mechanismsthat keep things moving.
You'll manage our email inbox, assist candidateswith their applications and general queries, schedule job interviews, produce formaljob offers and manage resignations using our recruitment software, work collaborativelyacross the wider HR team to make sure things are running smoothly, and assistour managers with general queries they have about the recruitment process.
There'll also be opportunities to supportprojects and contribute to thinking around service improvements.Mou | About youIf you can tick most (or all!)

Experience working in HR or recruitment wouldbe very useful but isn't essential.A positive and engaging interpersonal style combined with an outstandingcustomer service ethic which will be apparent when we interview you.Highly organised in nature with a strong attention to detail and the abilityto successfully juggle competing demands on your time.The ability to build good relationships with others and communicate effectively.
A solid understanding of Microsoft Word and Excel.As akaupapa Maori organisation, your willingness to participate in culturalactivities and develop an understanding of Ahuatanga Maori (values, culture andtikanga) is also important.
