It's an important role in our team, handling the day-to-day mechanisms that keep things moving.
You'll manage our email inbox, assist candidates with their applications and general queries, schedule job interviews, produce formal job offers, and manage resignations using our recruitment software.
You will work collaboratively across the wider HR team to ensure things are running smoothly and assist our managers with general queries they have about the recruitment process.
There'll also be opportunities to support projects and contribute to thinking around service improvements.

A proven track record as an administrator or coordinator.
Experience working in HR or recruitment would be very useful but isn't essential.A positive and engaging interpersonal style combined with an outstanding customer service ethic which will be apparent when we interview you.Highly organised in nature with a strong attention to detail and the ability to successfully juggle competing demands on your time.The ability to build good relationships with others and communicate effectively.A solid understanding of Microsoft Word and Excel.As a kaupapa Maori organisation, your willingness to participate in cultural activities and develop an understanding of Ahuatanga Maori (values, culture, and tikanga) is also important.
