You'll form an integral part of the Community administration team reporting to Senior Manager and working closely with the Senior Leadership Team regarding service strategic development. The role will include: Responsibilities as Senior Administrator for the whole community team based across 6 sites Day to day trouble shooting and coordination Daily Staff allocation and task management Operational Support to the Clinical Nurse Managers and other clinicians within community team Conduct regular staff meetings to ensure accurate and timely sharing of pertinent information. Teamwork Staff Development and Training Cover Administration duties including supporting a particular team during absences includes reception management From time to time other duties relevant and appropriate to the role will be delegated to the Senior Administrator to be completed as specified.
