Bring your great planning and organising skillsWork with a great team of passionate peopleAbout the roleWe are looking for an Administrator with a customer focus who is results driven and enjoys working in an open plan team office environment. The role is focused on working with a team of child and family workers as they support the children of the Taranaki rohe. Excellent communication and organisational skills are key to this role. You'll also need resilience, flexibility and the ability to build strong relationships across the community, team and the wider Barnardos. To undertake this role you will need to be comfortable working with client management databases and Microsoft Office suite. You will be responsible for the office admin needs of the Ngamotu office and our satellite in Hawera. In addition you will support our workers out in the community as they deliver services throughout the Taranaki ropu. Reporting to a service manager based in the Ngamotu office you will work with them to manage meeting schedules and resource allocations. This is a senior administrator position so some experience in administration is desirable. Skills and experienceYou will be a well-organised and efficient Administrator excited about making a difference for children.
